Leh, Sep 6/ The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, today inaugurated the newly constructed Office Building, Residence, and Patwar Khana of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) at Kharu.
