سرینگر/لیہہ علاقے میں ایک افسوسناک حادثے میں ایک لیفٹیننٹ کرنل اور ایک فوجی جوان جاں بحق جبکہ تین فوجی افسر زخمی ہو گئے، یہ حادثہ اُس وقت پیش جب ایک بڑی چٹان فوجی گاڑی پر آگری۔
سرکاری ذرائع نے بتایا کہ فوجی قافلہ صبح تقریباً 11:30 بجے دربک سے چونگتاش کی طرف جا رہا تھا کہ اس دوران ایک چٹان ایک فوجی گاڑی پر گر گئی۔واقعے میں ایک لیفٹیننٹ کرنل اور ایک جوان موقع پر ہی جاں بحق ہو گئے، جبکہ دو میجر اور ایک کیپٹن زخمی ہو گئے۔
