‘Bhoti’ is neither a script nor a language of Ladakh – Bazm-e-Adab

VoL Desk, May 04: Bazm-e-Adab, a well-known literary organisation of Kargil expressed deep concern over the use of the term “Bhoti” for the Ladakhi local language and script with the demand to include it in the Eight Schedule of the Indian Constitution.

The organisation last week in a letter to the Lieutenant Governor, Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur raised objection regarding using the term “Bhoti” for the languages spoken across Ladakh.

VoL Desk, April 30, 2022: The second series of annual inter-private schools Quranic recitation program organised by All Private Schools Association, Kargil (APSAK) under the patronage of Board of Management, MPS Baroo held today at Mutahhary Public School Baroo.

BRO labourers open defecation video at River Indus gone viral

VoL Desk, April 29, 2022: Border Road Organisation (BRO) laborers are not provided basic amenities of toilet, toiletry, and sanitation, reported a page ascribed to the Aam Aadmi Party Ladakh on Facebook today.
