The two-day Career Awareness Seminar organized by Career Defence School in Leh and Kargil successfully concluded on Friday. The seminar aimed to provide guidance to students from the Union Territory of Ladakh for prestigious competitive examinations including IIT, NDA, JEE, NEET, and other national-level tests.

The program was led by Engineer Vinay Rai, Founder and CEO of Career Defence School, with senior officials from the Education Department and other educational and administrative bodies in attendance. Speakers urged students to focus on hard work, discipline, self-confidence, and positive thinking to achieve success in national competitive exams.

Engineer Vinay Rai emphasized that Ladakh’s students possess exceptional talent and only require proper guidance, quality training, and better opportunities. He added that Career Defence School is committed not only to exam preparation but also to students’ personality development, leadership skills, and fostering patriotism.

Career Defence School will offer free education to two deserving and meritorious students from each of the 15 schools in Kargil (total 30 students) so that talented but economically disadvantaged students can also access high-quality education and preparation for national-level competitive exams.

A special question-and-answer session was also held during the seminar, where students asked detailed questions about NDA, IIT, JEE, NEET, scholarships, hostel facilities, physical fitness, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Experts provided comprehensive answers.

The two-day career awareness program, organized in collaboration with the Education Department, UT Ladakh, was widely praised by students, teachers, and parents as a highly effective and beneficial initiative.
