Baseej-e-Rouhani Organizes Seminar on Al-Aqsa Storm Anniversary at Kargil
Kargil, October 13: The clergy wing of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust (IKMT), Kargil, Baseej-e-Rouhani, held a seminar on the first anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm (Toofan-al-Aqsa) at the Syed Mehdi Memorial Auditorium Hall.
The event featured prominent Indian Islamic preacher Moulana Qazi Syed Mohammad Askari as the keynote speaker. Attendees included Chairman of the Guardian Council, IKMT, Sheikh Mohammad Mohaqiq; Executive Chairman, IKMT, Sheikh Sadiq Rajai; senior Guardian Council member, Asgar Ali Karbalai; members of Baseej-e-Rouhani, seminary students, and the general public.
In his address, Qazi Mohammad Askari emphasized the religious motivations for Hamas and Hezbollah in their resistance against Israel. He described the war on Gaza as a response to the ongoing illegal occupation and humiliation of the Palestinian people by Israeli forces.

He characterized the conflict as a defensive struggle, aimed at countering the strategic interests of America and other Western powers, which he claimed support Israel as a proxy state to maintain regional dominance.
Haji Asgar Ali Karbalai also spoke at the seminar, providing an in-depth analysis of various so-called peace agreements related to the Palestinian conflict, which he argued had led to the weakening of the Palestinian state and further humiliation of its people.
Chairman IKMT, Sheikh Sadiq Rajai, addressed the gathering as well, and students from Mutahhary Public School presented a heartfelt manqabat in honor of Palestine. The event concluded with Fatiha Khwani, led by Sheikh Mohammad Hussain Rajai.
