DC Leh Santosh Sukhadeve reviews saturation of CSS in aspirational block
Leh, June 21: Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve chaired a meeting to discuss the saturation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the Aspirational Block at mini conference hall on June 21.
During the meeting, all the HODs gave a detailed update regarding the saturation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the aspirational block.
DC Leh added that this scheme, launched last year, is currently running in 500 blocks across India.

Highlighting discrepancies in the data on the ABP portal, he noted that the actual achievements are greater than what is reflected on the portal.
Regarding the Health Department, he directed the CMO to provide updated information for the ABP portal.
The ICDS Department raised concerns about the lack of toilets. DC Leh instructed the CDPO to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for six toilets under the new Capex Budget.
Similarly, DC Leh directed the Education Department to prepare a proposal this year to upgrade Puga School to Higher Secondary status.
Additionally, the Agriculture Department was reviewed, with inquiries made about PM KISAN, Vibrant Green House, SHGs, FPOs, and soil health cards.
He also directed the Statistical Officer to write a letter to the IT Secretary regarding the non-functional VSATs in Korzok and Chumur.
All departments were instructed to submit updated information and data to the DC office promptly to resolve the data mismatches on the ABP portal. Furthermore, he assured that he would check with NITI Aayog regarding the data mismatch.
The meeting was attended by Chief Education Officer, Leh; Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Leh; AD Planning, RDD, Statistical Officer and CDPO Nyoma.
