Leh, April 24: A market checking team headed by Naib Tehsildar, Khaltse, Mohammad Yousuf, Tehsil Supply Officer, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) department, Khaltse, Mohd Afzal Khan made a surprise inspection of the restaurants at Khaltse market on April 23

The squad inspected use of uncommercial cylinders in the hotels/restaurants and found number of uncommercial cylinders used in the hotels/restaurants

The team seized and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 from the defaulters. The team also checked the food standards, hygiene and necessary documents.

Officials from FCS&CA department Khaltse were also present during the inspection.
