VoL Desk, Dec. 07: In a notification issued by Shiekh Mohammad Mohaqqiq, Chairman Guardian Council of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust (IKMT) Kargil, today the General Elections for key positions within the Executive Body have been officially announced.

The positions open for election include Executive Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary, Joint Secretary Administration, Joint Secretary Finance, and Joint Secretary Organising.

The polling date has been scheduled for December 13th, 2023, and the polling stations will be set up at Hussaini Park Kargil, adjacent to the IKMT Tower, Head Office.

Prior to the polling date, a panel of candidates contesting for the mentioned positions will be disclosed to the public. Following the polling, the counting of votes is slated to take place on December 16th, 2023, at the IKMT Head Office Kargil.

The culmination of this electoral process will be marked by the oath ceremony for the newly elected members of the Executive Body, scheduled for December 19th, 2023, commencing at 11.00 A.M.
