B.Ed Exam Centers Shifted to Ladakh Following Candidates’ Appeal, LG Ladakh
VoL Desk, Oct. 10: In a swift response to the concerns raised by candidates from Ladakh, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor (HLG) engaged with their plea, ensuring a favorable outcome for their upcoming B.Ed examinations. Candidates, who were slated to appear in month-long exams spread across various centers in Jammu & Kashmir, met the HLG on 9th October to seek his intervention.
Many of these candidates, in addition to their B.Ed exams, had also applied for Ladakh Police constable posts, prompting their request for relocating the examination centers to Ladakh. The HLG took immediate action, engaging in a telephonic conversation with Ms Nilofer Khan, Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University, to facilitate the relocation of the exam centers to Ladakh.
The HLG assured that the Ladakh Administration would arrange all necessary facilities to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
