Kargil, July 30, 2025 – The Hon’ble Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, visited Karchay Khar and adjoining villages to assess public issues and review developmental works.
