Kargil, July 4, 2025 — Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, IAS, chaired a meeting today to discuss duties and responsibilities of Zonal Magistrates and Sector Magistrates in connection with Moharram processions in Kargil Town.
