Kargil, June 10/ VOL News Desk/ A review and planning meeting under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) was held today under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Kargil, Ghulam Mohad JKAS, at his office chamber.
