Leh, August 6/ VOL News Desk/ The Leh Apex Body, while addressing an important press conference, expressed concern over the slow progress made by the government on Ladakh’s long-pending four-point demands. The leaders stated that although there has been some movement in the ongoing dialogue with the Centre, no concrete decision has yet been taken on the core issues.
