سرینگر/لیہہ علاقے میں ایک افسوسناک حادثے میں ایک لیفٹیننٹ کرنل اور ایک فوجی جوان جاں بحق جبکہ تین فوجی افسر زخمی ہو گئے، یہ حادثہ اُس وقت پیش جب ایک بڑی چٹان فوجی گاڑی پر آگری۔
