Kargil, Feb 06, 2023: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Feroz Ahmad Khan today flagged off the snowshoe team of Ladakh to participate in the 3rd Khelo India Winter Games to be held in Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir.
