Kargil, June 26, 2025 – Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) of the LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today warmly received the Haj pilgrims from Ladakh who returned after successfully completing the holy pilgrimage to Mecca.
