39 New COVID Cases Report in Ladakh
Leh, Dec. 27: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 39 persons were tested positive for COVID-19. Out of the totals cases, 31 cases were received by CMO Leh, and eight positive reports were received by CMO Kargil.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 31 patients yesterday. And all were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 218; 192 in Leh district and 26 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informed that 663 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 128 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Friday.
