The programme was led by SDM Diskit, Mukul Beniwal, IAS, who led all participants comprising staff from various departments, students of Government Higher Secondary School Diskit and villagers of Diskit, in taking a solemn cleanliness pledge to uphold the mission’s objectives.

He highlighted the importance of cleanliness, urged everyone to continue supporting the mission, and stressed the need to maintain hygiene along the Shayok River. He also emphasised the significance of such drives for the well-being of the community and the protection of the environment.

Staff from different departments, students of Govt. Higher Secondary School Diskit and villagers actively participated, making it a united effort towards a cleaner and healthier environment.
