Kargil, Dec 18: Executive Councilor (RD&PRD, Forest/Wildlife, Cooperative, CAPD and Zanskar Development) LAHDC, Kargil, Er. Punchok Tashi inaugurated and handed over Community Hall at Kishrak constructed under District Capex by Rural Development Department Kargil.

The people of Kishrak lead by village community member extended warm welcome to all the dignitaries. EC Tashi while speaking to the gathering congratulated people of Kishrak and appreciated the Executing Agency as well and Engineer and Contractor for completing this Hall within stipulated time.

He has also appreciated the role played by Village community member of Kishrak to accomplish this project. The EC assured that LAHDC Kargil will intervene to fulfil the developmental needs of the village including Lakhang construction.

Newly appointed Sub Divisional Magistrate Zanskar, Romil Singh Donk also spoke on the occasion and assured to contribute his best effort for the welfare and development of Zanskar.

Tehsildar, SHO, ZEO, ZEPO and Staff of RDD were also present.

During the occasion Ama Tsogspa, senior citizen and Women of Kishrak presented cultural dance.
