Kargil, April 10, 2026/ VOL News Desk/ Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today welcomed the newly posted Joint Director, Planning/ Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Kargil, Kacho Mohd Hussain, on his joining.

Dr. Akhoon congratulated him on his new assignment and emphasized the key role of the Planning Department in ensuring effective and inclusive development across the district. He stressed timely execution, transparency, and coordination among departments.

Kacho Mohd Hussain thanked the CEC for the warm welcome and assured his commitment towards strengthening planning processes and contributing to the overall development of Kargil.
