Three-Day International Quran and Science Conference Concludes in Delhi

The three-day International Quran and Science Conference in Delhi has come to an end. This conference was organized from January 28 to 30 in collaboration with Shahid Beheshti University of Iran, the Department of Islamic Studies at Jamia Millia Islamia, and Wilayat Publication.

In addition to scholars from several countries, experts from various parts of the country participated in the conference and presented their papers. The conference included important topics such as Quran and Science, Quran and Social Science, and Quran and Engineering Science.

Students from Kargil and Leh also participated in the conference. During this time, students from Kargil and Leh met with Professor Jamila Alam al-Huda, the wife of the martyred servant Ayatollah Syed Ibrahim Raisi, and his daughter, after which a condolence meeting was also arranged.
In the condolence session, Feroz Rabbani, a research scholar from Jamia Millia Islamia, representing the entire Ladakh community, offered condolences on the martyrdom of the martyred servant Ayatollah Syed Ibrahim Raisi and paid tribute to his great services.
On this occasion, Feroz Rabbani presented a joint poem written in collaboration with Dr. Syed Muhammad Reza.
After listening to the poem, Professor Jamila Alam al-Huda expressed her thanks and appreciated the youth’s enthusiasm, devotion, and awareness. While advising to always support the truth, she described this condolence meeting as the best gathering of her trip.

In the program, female students under the leadership of Asiya Bano, a member of the All Kargil Ladakh Students Association Delhi, also presented a written condolence letter.On this occasion, the present representative of Wali Faqih, Dr. Hakim Ilahi, also expressed his thoughts, calling the martyred Ibrahim Raisi a great leader.

In the end, Professor Iqtidar Khan from the Department of Islamic Studies at Jamia Millia Islamia thanked all the students and conference participants, saying that Muslims in India, without distinction of sect, acknowledge that Ayatollah Syed Ibrahim Raisi was a great leader.
