Kargil, August 11, 2025: A delegation from Thila village of Barsoo Block today met Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, and submitted a representation seeking the construction of a link road from Thila to Thila Brok, as per the demand of the villagers of Thila.
