Kargil, January 31/ VOL News Desk/ The three-day State Level Training Programme on the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) under the Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) successfully concluded today in Kargil.
The programme was conducted from January 29 to January 31, 2026, with the objective of strengthening grassroots planning and governance across the Union Territory of Ladakh.
