Leh, Sep17/ VOL News Desk/ The Secretary HUDD, Ladakh, Sanjit Rodrigues, launched a Swachhata Campaign at Karzoo Pond (Zing) as part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2025, which will be observed from September 17 to October 2, 2025.
