Srinagar, Sep 16/ VOL News Desk/ Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has cautioned the political leadership in Ladakh and Kargil against relying on verbal assurances from the Centre, advising them to seek written and signed commitments on their demands.
