Leh, January 7/ VOL News Desk/ Several delegations called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, at the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat today, raising key concerns related to livelihoods, infrastructure, administrative status, and sports development.
