Leh, April 16/ VOL News Desk/ The Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, today handed over appointment letters to 313 newly recruited district-cadre government employees at Rozgar Mela organised in Leh.
