Leh, December 23/ VOL News Desk/ Joint Secretary to the Judicial Inquiry Commission, Sh. Rigzin Spalgon today informed that the Judicial Inquiry Commission constituted pertaining to the 24th September Leh incident under the chairmanship of Justice Dr. B. S.
