Leh, 18 Dec/ VOL News Desk/ Following the incident that occurred on 24th September, an Inquiry Commission has been constituted under the chairmanship of Justice Dr B. S. Chauhan, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, to conduct a comprehensive and impartial inquiry into the matter.
