Kargil, Aug 29/ VOL News Desk/ Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd. Jaffer Akhoon today attended the National Sports Day celebrations held under the theme ‘Ek Ghanta, Khel ke Maidan Main’.
