Postal Voting for Essential Services begins today

Leh, May 13In view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024, postal voting of Absentee Voters of Essential Services (AVES) has commenced from May 13 and will end on May 15. 

The Postal Voting Centers (PVCs) for the AVES has been set up in 5 locations in Leh district. The centers are Auditorium Hall, near DC Office in Leh, Tehsil Office in Nyoma, SDM Office in Khaltse, ZEO Office in Tangste and 1st  Floor SDM Office in Diskit.

Kargil, May 10: Deputy Commissioner/ District Election Officer, Kargil, Shrikant Suse today flagged off Polling Teams for the ‘Vote from Home’ initiative of senior citizens and PwDs of Kargil District from the DC office complex here.
