Leh, December 25/ VOL News Desk/ The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, today paid tribute to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji on his birth anniversary, observed as Good Governance Day, at the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat.
