Kargil, Oct 04/ VOL News Desk/ The annual magazine of Government Degree College Kargil “Kaliman” was launched today by Honb’le Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC-Kargil Dr. Mohammad Jaffar Akhone in presence of Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC-Kargil, Rakesh Kumar (IAS).
