Khaltse, August 20, 2025: On the directions of the UT Administration Ladakh, the Incident Commander/SDM Khaltse, Mohd Sharif, convened a meeting today with the officers and officials appointed as members of the Incident Response System (IRS) at the Sub-Divisional level.
