Kargil, October 30, 2026/ VOL News Desk/ The School of Horticulture Science and Technology (SHS&T), Kargil Campus, University of Ladakh, inaugurated an Infrared Dehydration Technology (IRHS™) system for drying fruits and vegetables at Purig Guest House, Kargil.
