KARGIL, JULY 30, 2021: One day Basic Literacy Assessment Test (BLAT) 2021 under Padhna Likhna Abhiyan conducted successfully by Directorate of School Education UT Ladakh in collaboration with National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) here today.
