Kargil, November 24/ VOL News Desk/ Striving towards excellence, the Department of Education commenced the 2nd Pre-Board Examination for Classes 10th and 12th today on 24 November. The Pre-Board began with the Class 12 English examination being conducted at 26 designated centers in Kargil district and 22 designated centers in Leh district.
