Kargil, August 17, 2026/ VOL News Desk/ Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Kargil,/ Principal Census Officer, Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, IAS, today officially launched the second phase of Census 2027—Population Enumeration (PE)—at his office chamber in Kargil.
As part of the launch, Rakesh Kumar became the 2nd person to undertake Self-Enumeration (SE) for the Population Enumeration 2027 in Kargil, thereby encouraging citizens to participate in the digital self-enumeration process.
