Leh, November 27/ VOL News Desk/ A delegation from Phobrang village today met with the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, and highlighted the urgent need for establishing ultra-small banks in remote border areas of the Union Territory.
