Kargil, April 12/ VOL News Desk/ The Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, today laid the foundation stone for the development and beautification of rGyal Khatoon Park and Sher Bagh Park at Kargil. Both parks will be developed under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme.
