NEW DELHI, August 5, 2025 – Ladakhi artist Skarma Sonam Tashi has been awarded the prestigious National Award at the 64th National Exhibition of Art, a flagship event organised by the Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, and the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
