KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022: A four-day training on Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) conducted by We The People Key Resource Centre under National JJM from September 5 to 8, concluded today at Kargil.
The program was attended by 65 participants including BDC members and Sarpanches of 8-Blocks of Kargil district. The training was facilitated by Ajaya Mohapatra, CEO, We The People along with other national resource persons.

Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired a review meeting regarding linking of Aadhaar with electoral roll at DC Office here.
During the meeting, the DC Kargil was informed about the status of linking process of Aadhaar with electoral roll from various villages of the district.
DC Santosh said the process is the priority of the Election Commission of India (ECI) to avoid duplicacy by linking Aadhaar ID with the electoral roll.
