The All Ladakh Students Welfare Association, Chandigarh, led by the President Aba Idrees, senior research scholars, and executive members, kickstarted its Career Counselling-cum-Awareness Drive at various Higher Secondary Schools .

In the first phase they covered Chanigound, High School Thasgam, HSS Drass, and High School Drass, Model Public School Muradbagh ,high school Muradbagh (Drass).

During the visit at muradbagh the Youth Welfare Association Muradbagh Drass also cooperated the cause.

Senior research scholars, Mohd Towha, Ansar Mehdi, Zahid Hussain Khan, Ms Batool, addressed the students, guided them through various career paths after Class 12—be it in Science, Humanities, or Commerce.

They spoke about the opportunities that lie ahead and how to navigate them.

The school authorities warmly welcomed the team and extended full cooperation. President ALSWAC thanked
them for their support.
While talking to Ladakh Times President Idress said that the counselling sessions will continue in the coming days across other secondary schools in Kargil and adjoining areas.
