Kargil, April 22, 2025: In a moment of immense pride and celebration for the Union Territory of Ladakh, Ghulam Haider, a resident of Panikhar, Kargil, and Rigzen Angmo from Leh have successfully cleared the prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination.

Ghulam Haider, son of Haji Ghulam Mehdi and brother of Senior KAS Officer Mohd Taqi, has emerged as a symbol of hard work, determination, and perseverance. His achievement is being celebrated across the Kargil district and beyond, inspiring young aspirants throughout the region.
