3-day training program on E-Bill, EIS & EAT modules starts in Kargil
Kargil, August 16: Department of Finance UT Ladakh in collaboration with the Comptroller General of Accounts Ministry of Finance, GoI, started a three-day training program on E-bill, EIS, and Advance & Transfer (EAT) modules for DDOs, Accounts Officers and dealing hands of Director Accounts and Treasuries and DC Office Kargil.
On the inaugural ceremony, DC Kargil, Shrikant Suse, Deputy Comptroller General of Accounts Ministry of Finance, GoI, Anupam Raj, Director Accounts and Treasuries Finance Department UT Ladakh, Dr Safdar Ali and Assistant Comptroller General of Accounts Ministry of Finance, B Gopala Krishnakant Raju along with Master Trainers from CGA Ministry of Finance were present.
Director Accounts and Treasuries Safdar Ali welcomed the guests and trainers with traditional Khataks.

Accounts Officer DC Office Kargil Shamim Wazir welcomed the guests and said that the program is aimed to address the issues and the program will help to further streamline PFMS in UT Ladakh.
Director Safdar Ali said that after introduction of PFMS in Ladakh, such programmes further help in making the transactions accountable, streamline the accounts processes and make the payment system easy.
He said that starting the E-billing will further boost this mission. He thanked the Ministry of Finance for time-to-time training and handholding to UT Ladakh on different modules of PFMS.
The training is expected to make the payment system furthermore easy and assessable to ensure accountability within the system of payment whether it be Salaries, Bills and other financial formalities.
