VoL Desk, Nov. 02: A Day after Omar Abdullah’s visit to Kargil District, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference nominated veteran leader from Kargil Mr. Qamar Ali Akhoon as Ladakh region President comprising of Kargil and Leh units of Jammu & Kashmir National Conference.

Provincial President, JKNC Kashmir Mr. Nasir Aslam Wani shall be Party incharge for Ladakh region for coordination, read an order by the Party’s General Secretary Advocate Ali Mohammad Sagar on Wednesday.
