Leh, April 01: The COVID-19 vaccination drive for the beneficiaries between 45-59 years started in various parts of the Leh district.

At the Khaltsi block, the covid-19 vaccination drive started under the supervision of Block Medical Officer (BMO), Khaltsi, Dr Iqbal Ahmad, at the Community Health Centre (CHC), Khaltsi.

Beneficiaries from different villages of the sub-division Khaltsi visited medical centres to get themselves inoculated against Covid-19.

A total of 260 beneficiaries were vaccinated at CHC Khaltsi when the latest reports came in.

A similar vaccination drive for beneficiaries between 45-59 years was also carried at the Community Health Centre (CHC), Skurbuchan and Primary Health Centre (PHC), Saspol.
