15,888 persons receive 1st dose of COVID-19 Jabs in Kargil
KARGIL, APRIL 02, 2021: 15888 beneficiaries in Kargil have received the 1st dose COVID-19 vaccine shots so far during different vaccination sessions held at the District Hospital Kargil, Sub District Hospital Drass, Community Health Center (CHC) Sankoo, Chiktan and Padum besides the PHCs and NTPHCs across the district.
As per the details made available by the District Immunization Officer (DIO), Kargil Dr Muhammad Abbas, 9280 persons under the category of 60 years and above, 1992 Health Care Workers, 1585 Frontline Workers, 2198 persons with co-morbidities in the age group of 45 to 59 years and 833 non-morbidity persons under age group of 45 to 59 years have also been inoculated with the 1st dose of COVID-19 vaccine shots.
Meanwhile, as per the latest details 2290 beneficiaries have been inoculated with the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine shots.
