Kargil, Jan 25, 2025: Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today attended the book launch ceremony of Kalam-i-Shina and Bazm-i-Shina, authored by Yaseen Ansari.
The event was attended by Councilor, Altaf Hussain, Chief Medical Officer Kargil, Padma Shree Awardee Akhoon Asgar Ali Basharat, President Hotel Association Kargil, writers and poets from Shina, Balti and Purgi besides a larger number of residents were present.
