Kargil, Aug 2: Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has notified guidelines for the Government employees seeking permission to travel on private visit.
According to a circular in this regard, the Competent Authority to grant permission to travel abroad in all cases shall be the Lt Governor, UT of Ladakh.
